Tasting notes of winery's winemaker
Very pale yellow with green highlights. A fine stream of small, persistent bubbles form a good crown, testament to the traditional method by which it is produced. Intense aroma, clean and elegant, with hints of green apple and lemon blossom. Notes of tropical fruit, with pleasant underlying notes of bread and dried fruit from the second fermentation in the bottle. Harmonious balance of alcohol and acidity in the mouth, with the ageing on lees adding fullness and good length.
