Tasting notes
Appearance: Intense pillory color with ruby. Layer well-covered and clean.
Aroma: Elegant mineral aromas and red fruits that opens to a coffee and tobacco sensation.
Taste: Fullness in the mouth, warm and tasty. Ripe fruits with a touch of wilderness.
A great character especially indicated to accompany all kinds of meat grilled, as well as mature cheeses.
