Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega

Of red-purple color with the ruby border, medium-high layer. Clean and bright.

In the nose we find in the first place the balance between ripe black fruit (blackberry, plum ...) and aging (vanilla, smoke, toast, spices ...), notes of jam and licorice are also expressed, along with toffee, and even chocolate.

On the palate, it attacks with lightness and lightness, although it is not exempt from tannins tamed by its passage in the barrel.

In the post-taste highlights the fusion of jam and aging.

Recommended service temperature: 14º to 16º C.
