Nota de cata del enólogo de la bodega Intense red colour, with shades of ruby and cherry, bright and of good density. Its aromas are a reminder of tart cherries, mesquite roses and toasted hazeinuts. Light notes of dark chocolate and caramel. Attractive and seductive. In the mouth it is a well structured wine with a certain warmth, contrasted by a fresh slightly acidic coolness. A wine with a pleasant balance and structure with mature smooth tannins and elegant evolution. |
