1st Fermentation: At 13ºC in stainless steel tanks.
2nd Fermentation: At least 2 years in bottles in 15 m deep underground cellars at a natural and constant temperature of 13ºC.

Pressure in bottle: 5.8 atmospheres.
Alcohol: 11.5% vol.
Serving temperature: 4ºC - 6ºC.
Organoleptic characteristics: Bright straw yellow. Abundant small
bubbles, vertical and regular release, forming a good crown. Subtle and complex aromas of aging on lees. Dry, flavoursome and elegant on the palate thanks to an excellent harmony. Good persistence and extensive finish with well harmonized fruit tones.
Cava and food pairing: Appetizers and the preparation of cocktails such as Kir Royal, due to its blend and virtually nonexistent sugar, also white fish and light dishes.
